While it might be tempting to talk about what your team did in a situation, the interview is about you. Remember you are the star of the show. Avoiding using “we” statements, and make sure you are using “I.”

Interviews can be long and it can be hard to the interviewer to follow your thought process for every answer. Create step-by-step answers so its easy for the interviewer to understand and remember.

ADD IN QUANTIFIABLE DETAILS
Add in numbers in wherever you can. Don’t just talk about how you managed a team, talk about how many people you supervised. How much money did you save? How many clients did you bring in?
